Return Policy :

We have a 15 days Return Policy and offer a 100% no quibble, money back guaranty. 

If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, which is unused, non-tampered with and still in its original packing and condition, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charge where appropriate) upon inspection after receiving the return. 

Returns are as easy as 1, 2, 3… 

• 1. Write (info@kishanzen.com) or Call us (+91 7849082472 between 10am and 6 pm) with your order number and the product you’d like to return. Also, please do tell us why you’re returning it – we really hate disappointing you. 
• 2. Send us the items to be returned. Please ensure that the products are unused and in their original packaging and include a note with your name, Order ID and the list of products returned, in your shipment.

Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We’d like to keep an eye on it too!

3. Once we receive your return package, give us two business days to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Return. All refunds will be credited to the bank account or card used to make the original payment.

4.Courier charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations Policy :

Don’t worry if you’ve changed your mind about any order, just give us a call and we’ll fix it for you.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can call Customer Care at +91 7849082472 (Mon-Sat between 10 am and 6 pm please) to cancel your order. We will be glad to refund the amount back to your original mode of payment.

If the order has been shipped already, we’re sorry we won’t be able to cancel it.
